What is the cancellation policy?

Within 24 hours of departure time:

No refunds. Your ticket will be changed to  an ‘Open Ticket’ status that can be used to fly at a later date. You will also subject to a $10 change fee.

Within 4 hours of departure time

Ticket fares are non-refundable.

**This means if you’re on the morning flight you have to make changes to your ticket before closing the night prior.
