Every time you change a time, date, name or routing you will be charged a $10 change fee.

Within 24 hours of departure time:

No refunds. Your ticket will be changed to  an ‘Open Ticket’ status that can be used to fly at a later date. You will also subject to a $10 change fee.

Within 4 hours of departure time

Ticket fares are non-refundable.

**This means if you’re on the morning flight you have to make changes to your ticket before closing the night prior.

Check in time leaving Fort McMurray is one (1) hour before your flight.

Check in time leaving Fort Chipewyan is one (1) hour before your flight.

To maintain on-time operations and to respect the schedules of other passengers, flights cannot be held for guests who are running late. If a passenger has not checked in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time they forfeit their seat and will be charged a 100% No Show Fee.
