higher) by a Transport Canada certified Aviation Medical Examiner. |

Flight Training Manual, From the Ground Up, A.I.M. – these books are the same ones from the Private Pilot Licence training |

| Written Exam |
No written exam is required however, applicant will have to demonstrate to instructor that they have reached the level of knowledge specified in the Flight Instructor Guide |

Minimum of 20 hours flight training( 5 hours previous experience from private pilot training)
10 hours dual @ $175.00/hour (estimate)
5 hours solo @ $129.00/hour (estimate)
(Note: the national average to complete the course is 63 hours) |

| Flight Test |
No flight test is required. The applicant shall have reached the level of skill specified in the Flight Instructor Guide certified by an instructor |

| Night Endorseement |
Upon completion, you will be issued a night endorsement which permits you to fly any single-pilot, non-high performance, single engine land aeroplanes under night VFR conditions. |
